Yes it's finally here. I so excited to be going. This will be my first time going to Candlestick Park in San Francisco.
I don't know what to expect. I think this time I will try to explore and get to know the place, but I do hope to find some goodies to continue making my jewelry pieces. I have my camera ready and I'll make sure to take pictures to share with you. Have a great weekend everyone. Blessings

In The Studio
Hello Friends. Just wanted to share a few pictures of the pieces I am currently working on. I'm finding that I am really liking tarnished silver and metals in general. They both go really nice with all the vintage bling and beads I've been hoarding. I am ready to part with some of it and ready to buy more.
Love this huge mother of pearl cross
Check these huge jade beads and JJPII
Ahh! Can't wait to show you the final product with this medal of the Holy Family
I found this beautiful paper plate at the Laney College Fea Market in Oakland
Enjoy and have a blessed weekend everyone!

What do you think?
Hello Friends. Tell me what you think about my new design - remember I am doing this by myself so you can imagine? I do like the muted colors I just wish I could figure our how to make a better shop title. I used fotoflexer, recommeded by Megan at http://www.shabbyblogs.com/ and it worked just fine but it would not accept the "ñ" letter on the word "Doña". I can't seem to figure that out. Any suggestions? Really I must have the correct spelling or else the title will loose it's meaning. Also, anyone have the answer as to how to widen the blog, eveything seems to be so close togther. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you friends and I hope you all have a restful and blessed weekend.

Meet Ann Burt, Retablo Artist
Retablos are paintings depicting various religious images that were very popular in the 17th, 18th and 19th century in Mexico and were brought over to the United States by Franciscan monks.
Here is an article where Ann was featured. She is a very talented artist who's artistic gift directed her to return to her faith.
