I've been playing with bead weaving.  It seems to stabilize my dexterity quite a bit.  When I first started though, it was a feat.  I gave up a couple of times but I paced myself and after going to a local bead shop and meeting up with my friend Ana, I am thoroughly enjoying myself.  It is relaxing to me and I don't feel overwhelmed (can't handle to much stimulations right now due to condition).  I can't wait to incorporate my regular beading work with weaving.  I already have some designs in mind.

Here is what I've come up with recently as my very first project in tila beads, Czech crystal, and seed beads.  Love the color combo.  Don't you?  It reminds me of embroidering.  I can't remember who taught me how to embroider, anyway it was mom, my sister Gloria, or Nina Teresa.  It's been a long time since I picked up a needle to embroider but bead weaving is a great me.
